Jazz Color Jazz is the first contemporary art exhibition organized by Artnuances Gallery.
A simple but evocative title, which recalls the musicality of jazz but also the importance of color and image.
The exhibition will take place in conjunction with Umbria Jazz 2022, during the 49th edition of the festival.
Initially scheduled for 2020, the exhibition will finally take place this year and will involve artists from all over the world.
Throughout the month of April it will still be possible to send new applications to info@artnuances.com.
The only constraint is the theme: in fact, all the paintings that we will exhibit during the Jazz Color Jazz exhibition will have jazz music as a leitmotif.
In 2019, the last year in which Umbria Jazz was held, over 500,000 visitors flocked to Perugia to attend the concerts and collateral events.
We are receiving the works for the installation from all corners of the world.
From Africa to America, involving the whole of Europe, many artists have responded to our call for artists and have decided to join our gallery and send us their works for the exhibition. Closer to the exhibition, we will also decide whether to include other events in the event, such as literary presentations, musical and cultural interventions.
The inauguration of the exhibition will be held on 7 July at 18.30, again at the Rocca Paolina in Perugia.
Thanks to the patronage of the Municipality of Perugia, we will be able to exhibit the works of our artists in an exceptional location: the splendid historic premises of the Rocca Paolina. Those who know Perugia will surely know what we are talking about, for those who have not yet had the opportunity to visit them, they will certainly be a pleasant discovery.
At the end of the exhibition, here are some shots of Jazz Color Jazz.
The exhibited works
Here are some of the works that will be physically exhibited during our Jazz Color Jazz exhibition.
During the exhibition it will be possible to admire the paintings and walk among them getting intoxicated by the music that seems to emanate from the canvases.
Finally, it will be possible to purchase the works of interest and interact, where present, also with the artists.
