Vithal Vari. Pandharpur Wari or Wari pronounced vaaree, is an annual pilgrimage (yatra) to the city of Pandharpur, in the Indian state of Maharashtra, to honor the divinity of the Hindu god Vitthal. Surendra’s deeply religious spirit wanted to immortalize this important event for Indian social and religious life. An event as usual characterized by lots of music, colors and joy.
