Trapped, is a work from Arpita Gaidhane’s collection

Trapped tells an old, old story of women with stitched lips and wide, tear-streaked eyes. He talks about invisible walls and the claustrophobia of a confined life even before being born. It is the search for freedom and hostility to remain enclosed in an invisible coffin. The woman has always and almost all over the world, despite being the cradle of humanity, undergone progressive and continuous confinement of their rights and of their human being. The absurd thing is that precisely because of its exclusive characteristic of developing the human race, the initial protection that man gave it, it has been transformed into a series of limits and oppressions, which still struggle to be removed. The artist denounces this state of affairs with this dramatic work, it is yet another cry of pain that seeks the shore in all those who see it, trying to move the greatest number of consciences to undermine these use devoid of logic and humanity.
