The Ages.  Union of Heaven and Earth. The painting was inspired by the four seasons of nature and life: Maturity and Summer. Here is represented the union of heaven and earth, the joy of life. After the carefree and unconsciousness of Youth, the human being reaches the stage of Maturity, where he can still enjoy his full abilities and improve and develop his attitudes and his goals. It is also the season in which the fruits of feelings are born and where relationships are consolidated or stronger ones are formed. The sky and the earth that come together are also the symbol of masculine and feminine, who decide to live together no longer on the impulse of instincts, but also involving the mind and feelings.
