Otherworld
Invoking the elements of each, fire, air, water and space. The other world invokes a kingdom of vibrant harmony and balance. Light and dark play together, highlighting each other’s magic and mystery. In this work Arpita Gaidhane illustrates an aspect of philosophy that attracts her in her being an artist: the four elements and their balance. Often in Eastern philosophies, the balance of the world is based on the balance of the forces that make it up. In this work we go beyond the world in which we live, we visualize a parallel world, where the elements are not only in perfect balance, but are in harmony with each other. We will dare to say Heaven made reality.
