The colors in this painting from the LightHome series are enhanced by the palette knife technique with which the oil colors are skillfully distributed on the canvas. An orange sky furrowed by thin clouds, where drops of green are reflected, dominate a dark ground, where black mixes with purple shades, in a magmatic whirlwind. on the horizon there is a thin vegetation. Evidently the artist’s soul was struck by this violent contrast and with his sensitivity he masterfully brought it back to the canvas. It is one of the characteristics that make this artist appreciate, the originality of the vision free from the mannerism of the forms and dedicated to the colors of the great palette of Mother Nature.
