Jasmine. Inspired by a painting by Gustav Klimt, it belongs to the “Soul” series of this young artist. By dedicating these paintings to portraits of young women, the artist tries to extrapolate their feelings and thoughts from their faces and attitudes. She herself declares that it is a practically impossible task. Many artists over the centuries have dedicated their works to women. Each painting their own feminine ideal, but in reality none of them have actually reached this ideal, which in fact remains a point to which one tends without ever reaching it.
