Dexter Gordon, was an American jazz saxophonist. His musical career is studded with prestigious collaborations: Lionel Hampton, Tadd Dameron, Charles Mingus, Louis Armstrong, Dizzy Gillespie, as well as Billy Eckstine whose orchestra he joined in 1943.
His saxophone has become a jazz icon, to whose charm Marie Reine Levrat has also been attracted.
