The Devil. Mephistopheles, is a work of Safir-Rifas’s collection.

The Devil. Mephistopheles. This work was inspired by the description of the Devil in literature which combines the psychological effect with the concept of eternity and death. He originally appeared in literature as the demon in the Faust legend. Johann Georg Faust, an ambitious scholar, who made a pact with the Devil at the expense of his soul. Although Mephistopheles appears to Faustus as a demon, the envoy of Lucifer, to corrupt man. On the contrary, critics say he comes to serve and ultimately collect the souls of those who are already damned.
