Angel of death.This painting was inspired by Hans Holbein’s concept of Grim Reaper and The Dance of Death. The work shows a personal interpretation of the Angel of Death. This work is part of a series entitled “In mundi Vanitas”. The artist proposes dark, frightening, sometimes horrible figures, worthy of the dark world to which Horror literature refers. We want to reflect on how man with his behavior and his choices can lead to his next pain and suffering.
